Booking terms

• Your booking will require a £50 deposit to secure your appointment, which is credited towards the cost of the appointment.
• This is fully refundable if the appointment is cancelled up to 48 hours prior to your appointment.
• Please note that cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of your £50 deposit.
• Under 16s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Please note that payment will be taken at the time of your appointment.
• If requiring blood tests, please book an appointment before 2pm to allow courier collection.
